We are Georgia's chapter of Raising Our Celiac Kids, a support group for parents, families, and friends of children with celiac disease and gluten intolerence. R.O.C.K. has more than 100 chapters throughout the United States, and our state chapter includes more than 200 families. Together, we share the challenges and opportunities of maintaining the gluten-free diet for our celiac children. On this website, you will find information of interest to area celiac families.
In cooperation with the Georgia Celiac Foundation, Georgia R.O.C.K. annually organizes
Camp Weekaneatit, our week-long summer camp for children and teenagers with celiac disease. This year's event will take place in Warm Springs, Georgia at Camp Twin Lakes - Camp Dream. Camp activities include swimming, boating, canoeing, fishing, archery, ceramics, and more! Meals and snacks are, of course, entirely gluten-free. We'd love to see you this year at Camp Weekaneatit! To view photos of the fun activities from recent camps, please visit our gallery.
Our camp this year will take place from June 24th - 29th. Learn More.
